Best Western Plus Hacienda Hotel Old Town San Diego

I greatly enjoyed every detail about my enjoyable 4 nights stay here. The service was excellent with parking on site. There was a shuttle available to old town. This hotel was set in a central area very close to Old Town as well as shops and great restaurants.

The room was a little dated, for me personally.

It was fairly clean, and I appreciated wonderful location and drinks. The room I booked was cleaned and available with two queen beds.

I had a very nice stay in a long time. Quirky hotel, it was clean, and the staff was fabulously friendly. The service was good, it had a nice attached restaurant.

Many things to like: reasonably priced food, sweet staff, fine bed. Gorgeous view of valley. Clearly a cool hotel in a brilliant location. A nice beach nearby and pool onsite. No complaints, it was dope;)))

We are happy to say that we enjoyed staff and atmosphere. The rooms with a queen bed and maps. Check out is late. Good experience there...

Everything was very clean, courteous staff, perfect location really close to Old Town, all the shops. Cosy units with view.

We appreciated staying here, the breakfast was lovely. Secluded location, around 10-15 minutes walk from marine corps recruit depot san diego. Awesome restaurant onsite and brilliant views.

Particularly good views, interesting design, fine breakfast. The units are attractive, light.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and spotless in general. Good bed, luxurious bathroom and super fast internet, smart TVs and so many space in the room. I liked the excellent pool area. Well-maintained garden outside. The property had a pool and was near the beach.

My room had not so nice view.

Staff was fast and room was new. The stuff did all they can for a relaxing stay.

The check-in was quick, the room was quirky, the breakfast was good. Loved fast wifi, smart TVs and ample space in the room. Having different complementary drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch. Had no problem using their ample parking, the internet was very good. Simple location, very close to the church, the freeways, Trolley, though the area itself was very unsafe.

Some people working there were just terrible.

the entire hotel was clean, airconditioned rooms. pleasant enough staff and were ready to help. had delicious breakfasts for the money. fast check-in and impeccable customer service.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was slow.

Just perfect experience, everything was very convenient. Room was calm, bed was amazing. Restaurant staff and everyone else were SUCH WONDERFUL. The breakfasts were excellant and reasonably priced. I loved the location that was very central. Pool was heated, comfortable to sit around.

Great location and private parking. Don't forget to dine at Miranda's Courtyard, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we really loved it...

Spend our time here greatly. Thanks to maid. They have on-site restaurant called Old Town Tequila factory.

The hotel needed renovation.

We could have lunch in Cafe Coyote set within 400 feet. Our hotel was next to tourist sites such as petco park. Old Town district was worth visiting

We appreciated the pool. A few steps away from the restaurant cold stone creamery. We totally recommend it to those visiting San Diego.
